Twice the Gift
For the 3rd year the MCTC Foundation will participate in Twice the Gift. Twice the Gift is a unique shop that showcases the products and services provided by more than 50 local nonprofit organizations, including MCTC!
At Twice the Gift, shoppers can select a meaningful gift or a Share Card for loved ones and/or business associates that will benefit others in the community. A Share Card is a great way to honor someone during the holiday season. You can purchase a Share Card in an increment of your choosing. That gift will then come to MCTC to benefit our students. It’s a great gift for someone who is hard to shop for or who has everything!
The store will be open October 15th through December 31st from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday. The shop is located in the Crystal Court of the IDS Center in Downtown Minneapolis. The address is: 80 South 8th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
Stop in and show your support by purchasing a gift from MCTC!

1st Annual Power of Giving Fundraising Event - A Success!
Thank you for the outpouring of support and generosity for the Minneapolis Community and Technical College Foundation’s 1st Annual Power of Giving Fundraising Luncheon. The event was a tremendous success, with more than 300 guests and many first-time visitors to our college.
Including all donations, pledges and sponsorships related to this effort, we raised nearly $200,000 – a remarkable figure for our college and our students.
We could not have asked for a better turn out and we certainly could not have accompli shed what we did without the help and generosity from our friends and community members. Most importantly, we believe we met our goal of having everyone walking away from MCTC with a new appreciation for what this college and our students are all about.
